Jennifer Rzepka, CAE
Jennifer Rzepka, CAE is President of Association Resource Center, Inc. (ARC). She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout. She provides complete management services to clients specializing in Board relations, organization of annual activities, comprehensive meeting management and detailed work with committees. Jennifer is an active member of the Wisconsin Society of Association Executives (WSAE) and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), and has been with ARC for more than 20 years.
Andrew Bronson, CAE
Andrew Bronson, CAE is an Executive at ARC who joined the team in 2010. Board of Director relations, meeting and convention management, financial record keeping, membership management, and implementation of new technologies are a few areas in which Andrew specializes. He is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and was named a 2017 Forty Under 40® recipient by Association Forum and USAE. In addition to his fulfilling career at ARC, he is also a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation. In addition to assisting clients, he manages the Information Technology at ARC and previously served on the ASAE Young Professionals Committee. Andrew is a graduate from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and minor in Technical Communications. Outside of the office, Andrew is an avid baseball fan and volunteers for DECA, a high school program that prepares students in marketing and business.
Jenni Kilpatrick, CAE
Jenni Kilpatrick, CAE is an Executive at ARC who joined the team in 2007. She has developed expertise in obtaining Continuing Medical Education (CME) approval for medical programs while ensuring compliance with ever-evolving ACCME guidelines. Jenni also has experience in coordinating Continuing Legal Education (CLE) in accordance with the procedural guidelines of various states. She provides complete support to clients at ARC with focus on the areas of Board relations, program and meeting organization, publication coordination, financial record-keeping, budgeting, and committee support. Jenni is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). In her spare time, she enjoys running, volunteering her time to her sorority, Alpha Xi Delta, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Marie Odden is an Executive who has been with ARC since 2008. Her main focus is on medical associations, specializing in anesthesia-related groups, both in-state and international. She assists clients in obtaining Continuing Medical Education (CME) for medical programs while ensuring compliance through the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). Marie is also responsible for Board relations, committee support, annual meeting and publication coordination, financial record keeping, membership management and website upkeep. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her husband and dog, playing sand volleyball and bowling.
Sandy Schueller is an Executive who has been with ARC since July 2013. Prior, she attended Marquette University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with majors in both Marketing and Information Technology. At ARC, Sandy is responsible for conferences and trade shows planning, Board relations, committee support, magazine publication coordination, financial record keeping, promotional materials, and website upkeep. Sandy is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), Meeting Professionals International (MPI), and Wisconsin Society of Association Executives (WSAE). Sandy is certified in Virtual Event & Meeting Management. When not assisting clients, Sandy enjoys spending her free time reading, going to spin class, traveling, and attending concerts.
Dan Dudzinski joined ARC in 2011. He is responsible for creative design and layout for all ARC client projects. He specializes in creating and maintaining specific brands that help associations construct a unique image, confirm credibility, and deliver a clear message. Dan graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater with a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Graphic Design. Outside the office, Dan enjoys painting, drawing and growing his record collection.
Holly Bloom is a Senior Coordinator who has been with ARC since February 2019. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing with a Minor in Music Industry from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. At ARC she is responsible for client website updates, newsletters, social media, meeting registration, and sponsorships. When not at ARC, Holly enjoys going to concerts, writing, and spending time with her friends and their dogs.
Michelle Boldt joined ARC in August 2020 as a Coordinator. Michelle graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English (Writing) and Psychology. At ARC, her responsibilities include creating printed and electronic publications, processing membership, planning meetings, updating websites and posting social media content. Michelle is also a member of The American Society of Association Executives. Outside of ARC, Michelle enjoys shopping, cheering on the Milwaukee Brewers, coordinating weddings, and spending time with friends and family.
Morgan Healey joined ARC in June 2021 as a Coordinator. Morgan received her Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Nonprofit Leadership with minors in Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. At ARC, she assists clients with member processes and registrations. Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys dancing and listening to music, cheering on the Packers, and spending time with friends and family.
Delaney Mielke joined ARC in July 2018 as a Coordinator. Delaney graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Spanish and Retailing & Consumer Behavior. At ARC, she assists clients in member processes, website updates, and meeting registrations. In her spare time, Delaney enjoys traveling, going to concerts, playing guitar and spending time with her friends and family.
Anna Otto joined ARC in April 2021 as a Coordinator. She attended Marquette University, graduating in January 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media and Theatre Arts. At ARC, she is responsible for assisting clients with the member process, registrations, and website updates. When not at ARC, Anna loves singing, crafting, and playing board games with her friends.
Megan Sage joined ARC in August of 2021 as a Coordinator. Megan graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Superior with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Media Business. At ARC, she assists with association communications and database management. In her free time, Megan enjoys traveling, trying out new restaurants, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
Megan VanZeeland joined ARC in April of 2021 as a Coordinator. Megan graduated from Carthage College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Communications. At ARC, she is responsible for magazines, electronic newsletters, memberships, and social media content. Outside ARC, Megan enjoys traveling, taking her dog on walks, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
