Coordinator

(Focus: Membership/Event Processing)

This specific Coordinator role will serve multiple membership-based organizations performing a variety of tasks, with specific focus on the processing and management of membership and event records.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Association Management work experience preferred
  • Experience in handling a high quantity of data processing
  • Familiarity working within database software and generating reports
  • Demonstrated ability in providing exceptional, personalized customer-service
  • Familiarity with Apple operating systems
  • Availability, means and comfort with travel (including occasional overnight, weekend or evening work)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience in association management is preferred. It’s expected the person coming into this role is a strong, driven, organized and detail-focused leader who enjoys operating in a role of responsibility and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ability to expertly multi-task is necessary for success in this role. Having exceptional communication skills and a pattern of unwavering follow-through are paramount essentials for this customer service centric role.

Position is full-time, exempt, and comprised of a blend of in-person and remote work. Starting salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits are provided following a successful 60-day probationary period. Opportunity for advancement and increased salary is based on demonstrated skills.

 


Coordinator

(Focus: Communications)

This specific Coordinator role will serve multiple membership-based organizations performing a variety of tasks, with specific focus on the organization, production and promotion of printed publications and electronic communication through client websites, email messaging and social media channels.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Association Management work experience preferred
  • Experience in taking on the ownership and management of multiple concurrent projects
  • Organized, proactive method in handling professional correspondence with volunteers
  • High competency with social media
  • Explorative learning style and comfort with familiarizing self on a variety of communication platforms
  • Understanding of differences in print and electronic styles of communication
  • Strong proficiency in both writing and proofreading
  • Demonstrated ability in providing exceptional, personalized customer-service
