Association Resource Center (ARC) is an accredited, full-service Association Management Company (AMC), founded in 1986. Our team provides comprehensive, cost-effective services to state-wide and national, trade and professional, non-profit membership-based associations in a variety of professions and industries.

We are poised to grow and are seeking up to two Executives to join the team!

Experience in association management is required. It’s expected the person coming into this role is a strong, driven, organized and detail-focused leader who enjoys operating in a role of responsibility and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ability to expertly multi-task is necessary for success in this role. Having exceptional communication skills and a pattern of unwavering follow-through are paramount essentials for this customer service centric role.

Executives at ARC serve concurrently as Executive Director for multiple clients and supervise Coordinator level staff. They are the key staff person managing all the affairs of the associations they work with in accordance with their contracted scope of services.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Association Management work experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with Apple operating systems
  • Availability, means and comfort with travel
  • Some overnight travel is required, including some weekend and evening work.

This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position. Work is primarily in person, with the option for some remote work. Starting salary is $45,000 – $60,000 annually plus benefits, with opportunity for advancement based on demonstrated skills.

Job Opening – Communication and Events Coordinator (Continuous Posting)

This full-time, salaried position is a great opportunity to advance your career in a collaborative, casual environment. Association Resource Center (ARC) is an accredited, full-service association management company. We provide services to state-wide and national, trade and professional, non-profit membership-based associations.

Position Description
The individual will work with multiple associations and be responsible for:

  • Publication coordination (electronic and printed) including managing editorial calendars
  • Planning, preparing and executing events from start-to-finish of various sizes
  • Association communication, including development and coordination of email marketing campaigns and social media
  • Website updates using a variety of web-based software
  • Database management, including processing membership and meeting registrations

Qualifications
The individual must:

  • Have exceptional customer service skills
  • Exhibit exemplary time and project management
  • Be well organized and detail oriented
  • Exude a high level of accuracy and competency at all times
  • Be timely and accountable

A high school diploma and relevant work experience are required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Occasional overnight travel is required. Familiarity with Apple operating systems is a plus.
