ARC develops a management program to meet the specific needs of your organization. A key staff contact is assigned to provide ongoing management, with staff specialists provided for graphic design, web services and special projects. Open communication with clients is a top priority at ARC and is critical to the success of the management/client relationship. A representative of each client organization is provided a monthly activity and expense report.
Experienced Staff
Our staff has provided quality, professional management to international, national, state and local associations for over 30 years. ARC staff holds memberships in the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), Wisconsin Society of Association Executives (WSAE), Meetings Professionals International (MPI) and Association Management Company Institute (AMC Institute) and regularly attend meetings of these groups. ARC President, Jennifer Rzepka, CAE and Executives, Jenni Kilpatrick, CAE, and Andrew Bronson, CAE have all received their Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation.

ARC is accredited by AMC Institute, the global trade association representing the Association Management industry. Among 500-plus Association Management Companies (AMC) worldwide, only 81 have achieved AMC Institute Accreditation, demonstrating the commitment and the ability to deliver the highest level of professional management services to association and not-for-profit clients. These AMCs are the recognized choice of association and not-for-profit organizations.
Target Market / Associations Served
ARC manages associations in a variety of professions and industries. ARC is structured to best serve small to mid-sized international and national associations, and large to mid-sized state associations with comprehensive management services. When ARC provides complete management services to a client, they receive the best and most efficient delivery of services.
Facilities / Equipment
ARC offers professional class A office space, the latest office technology, including laptop and tablet computers and portable printers for on-site meetings, the most recent versions of all commonly used business software applications, and co-location web server to host client web sites. The ARC computer system is fully networked and includes continuous, off-site back up of the server and all staff laptops. All office furniture, equipment, copiers, postage meter, scanners, monitors, projectors and general office supplies are provided for use on client activities. Each staff member has a laptop computer capable of remote access to the ARC servers.
Each client is provided a unique phone number answered with the name of the organization. The ARC phone system is carried over a T-1 line with 24 channels of voice service. ARC can receive and answer multiple calls to each client’s phone number simultaneously. All ARC clients and staff have unique voice mailboxes on the phone system. Each ARC staff member has a direct dial phone number for easy accessibility.
Brand Identification
Supporting the brand requires that every item presented to the membership and public reinforce the image and values of the organization. ARC offers in-house graphic design, print production management, web site maintenance, social media activity and branding and the latest technology communication tools. This internal control ensures the brand is consistently presented. This theory is carried through all mediums where the association is visible including various forms of printed materials, electronic communications and social media channels.
Confidentiality & Conflict of Interest
ARC will maintain the confidentiality of all physical and electronic records, files, rosters and statistical data, which will not be distributed without prior approval of the Board of Directors. ARC staff also recognizes that all communications among members, trustees, officers, and staff is held confidential at all times. If a conflict of interest arises among with your organization, ARC staff will immediately notify the Executive Committee of such a conflict and will take measures to resolve the issue.
Review of ARC Performance
ARC staff will be reviewed each year with discussion on meeting performance objectives. Clients will receive an annual summary report of hours used by activity and staff in addition to a monthly time and activity report.
