The Wisconsin Psychological Association (WPA) has selected ARC for Management

The Wisconsin Psychological Association (WPA) has selected Association Resource Center (ARC) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to provide association management services to the organization. Jennifer Rzepka, CAE, will serve as Executive Director aided by the many talented and experienced Executive and Coordinator staff to execute their critical mission:

to advance psychology as a profession which promotes human welfare through the ethical application of psychological principles in research, teaching and practice.

This mission is personally meaningful to Jennifer, especially the past two years. Through the pandemic, she focused a significant amount of company time and resources into the well-being of her staff. ARC has faced employee turnover like every company in this constantly shifting environment, but Jennifer knows that a supportive, inclusive and ethical company foundation is the key to a successful path forward. As such, new diversity initiatives have recently been enacted at ARC, which she feels align well with the ethical principles of ARC’s newest client.

Rachel Reinders-Saeman, current WPA President, states, “we have been extremely appreciative of ARC’s approach to association management. Jennifer has focused on helping us thoughtfully fix our problems and highlight our goals and priorities so that we can accomplish the organization’s goals. Her work has been praised by members as being thorough and service-driven.”

“I am honored and excited to be entrusted with the care of association management matters for a group of professionals whose life work is to care for the well-being of others” said Jennifer Rzepka, CAE. “In these unfamiliar pandemic-impacted times there is extraordinary opportunity for organizations to re-examine their core values and strategic plans, and I look forward to being part of the development of WPA’s next chapter.”

ARC was founded in 1986 and has a staff of thirteen. WPA joins 18 other organizations currently managed by ARC. The company is accredited by and a member of the Association Management Company Institute (AMC Institute), and many staff hold memberships within the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the Wisconsin Society of Association Executives (WSAE).
