The Wisconsin Society of Association Executives (WSAE) has selected Association Resource Center (ARC) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to provide association management services beginning November 1, 2023.
Jennifer Rzepka, CAE, will serve as Executive Director aided by the many talented and experienced Executive and Coordinator staff to execute WSAE’s critical mission: creating meaningful connections and enhancing competencies of association professionals.
ARC’s strong company philosophy has always been to guide clients on a constant path of growth and development, while building sustainable foundation along the way. Our mission of empowering dynamic associations to succeed aligns excellently with the values of WSAE:

Ms. Rzepka expressed extreme gratitude in her introductory message to WSAE Members, “I am thrilled to be entrusted by my peers, my colleagues, and my friends, to start putting the multitude of unique experiences I’ve had throughout my 23-year career as an association professional to work for WSAE. I sincerely thank the members of leadership for the empowerment they’ve granted ARC and I am very happy to say that our entire company is looking forward to serving WSAE.”
WSAE president, Denise Husenica, shared, “The WSAE Board of Directors is excited to partner with ARC and looking forward to forging a new relationship to foster the growth of the organization well into the future.”
ARC was founded in 1986 and has a staff of sixteen. WSAE joins 20 other organizations currently managed by ARC. ARC is accredited by and a member of the Association Management Company Institute (AMC Institute), and a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the Wisconsin Society of Association Executives (WSAE).
